Your Tasks

• You work independently yet are not alone - you have freedom in organising your work, with team experience exchange and mutual support
• Your commitment is in the right place - directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
• You assist our clients with basic care according to individual needs
• You look after and support our clients in everyday life, e.g. accompanying joint shopping trips or preparing meals
• You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and also take on domestic tasks
• Your workplace covers the entire city of Bern including the agglomeration (e.g. Ostermundigen, Köniz, Muri near Bern). You are constantly on the move and enjoy fresh air.

• You have training as an SRK nursing assistant or are willing to complete such training - we support you in this
• You are flexible and used to working independently
• Even if you are retired, you are warmly welcome
• Your several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex is not a requirement but an advantage
• You have a pleasant, friendly manner and remain calm and composed even in demanding situations
• It is advantageous if you own a car and live in the Bern region
• Your language skills are ideally tailored to our client group and our team
