Your tasks
- You are responsible for sales, strategy, and market development in your international territories and consistently develop our distributors in indirect sales
- You give our brand a strong external presence – in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and product management
- You build long-term, partnership-based relationships with our global sales partners and support them in implementing sales strategies
- You identify market opportunities, develop concrete measures, and successfully implement them together with your accounts
- You analyze markets, trends, customer needs, and competitive activities and derive clear strategic recommendations
- You actively drive change and support our partners in adapting to new market conditions
- You work closely with marketing, product management, and development and take on tasks in special projects as well as the creation of analyses and evaluations
- You bring enthusiasm for technical products as well as a hands-on mentality and use both in daily exchange with our partners
What you bring
Must-have
- A degree in business administration, sales management, or a comparable qualification (HF/FH)
- Several years of experience in B2B sales – ideally in an international environment or with distributors
- A convincing sales personality: communicative, confident in negotiation, goal-oriented
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good understanding of processes and market mechanisms
- High independence, initiative, and resilience – even in dynamic phases
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel up to approx. 30%
Nice-to-have
- Experience with technical premium products.
- Additional language skills (French, Italian, or Spanish).
- Experience in change management or strategic market development.
