Department Head Hospitality - Restaurant - Gastronomy - Service Manager

Your Tasks

• Leadership and further development of the hospitality, restaurant and gastronomy areas.
• Responsibility for operational and strategic planning as well as its implementation.
• Ensuring a high quality standard in all areas.
• Budget responsibility and cost control.
• Leadership and development of a motivated team.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to optimise processes.

Your Profile

• Completed training or degree in hospitality, gastronomy or business administration.
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High service orientation and quality awareness.
• Experience in budget and cost management.
• Knowledge of the Swiss gastronomy and hospitality sector is an advantage.
