Carpenter - Sales & Purchasing Clerk (Wood Industry)

• Independent and comprehensive handling of customer orders from A to Z
• Telephone, written and personal consultation of our customers
• Support of the purchasing process, especially in order processing
• Coordination with logistics and support of the field service in order processing
• Close cooperation with the teams from production, logistics and sales to ensure efficient and timely delivery
• Maintenance of article and customer master data in the ERP system
• Assumption of general administrative tasks to support daily business

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in sales and/or purchasing, ideally in the wood or flooring industry
• Customer-oriented thinking and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
