Your Contribution to Success
- Commissioning, operating and monitoring our highly automated wood processing lines
- Ensuring an efficient production process across several serially connected wood processing machines
- Independently recognising and proactively resolving disruptions in serial operation
- Ensuring performance, quality and deadlines according to specifications
- Continuous optimisation of workflows and processes
- Carrying out simple maintenance and repair work
Are You Ready?
- Completed basic technical training or experience as a machine operator
- Experience operating CNC production lines in serial manufacturing
- Understanding of complex production processes and systems thinking
- High technical understanding, analytical skills and solution-oriented working style
- Strong independence and high personal responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts
