About the job

For our branch in the Weissenbühl district, we are looking for a:

Retail Specialist 100%

Your tasks include advising and supporting our customers, selling our homemade bakery and confectionery products, as well as preparing our coffee range. In addition, you ensure an appealing product presentation, comply with hygiene regulations, and take on administrative tasks.

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ
• Your heart beats for the bakery craft and you have industry experience
• You can imagine taking on the role of branch manager in the long term (leading a small motivated team of 2 full-time and 2 part-time employees)
• You are warm, upbeat and open
• You greatly enjoy contact with people and selling
• You like to work independently, are flexible, reliable and team-oriented
• You remain calm even during peak times
• You are mobile and also take on early and weekend shifts (work starts no earlier than 5:45 am).
