Working days are as follows: 2 Mondays per month between 07:00 - 16:00 / 11:00 to 20:00 and occasional shifts 2x Saturdays per month between 08:00 - 15:00.

Your main tasks:

• Reception and care of customers
• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• Access control, key handover according to guidelines
• Mail processing
• Organization and support with craftsmen
• Various administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed training in hospitality, service sector or commercial field
• Fluent German and English skills
• Service-oriented and hospitable
• Flexibility
