For the preparation and execution of our Swiss Economic Forum, we are looking for a candidate from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for 9 months:
Your tasks
- Helper & hotel coordination Swiss Economic Forum: You accompany the helper management from demand planning through duty rosters to briefings and take care of hotel contingents, rooming lists and billing.
- Hospitality & ticketing projects: You participate in projects in participant and partner management and plan dispatches in coordination with the communications team.
- Central interface: You manage the main e-mail account of NZZ Connect and are a reliable contact person for various enquiries.
- Live event support on site: At the NZZ Connect conferences, you pitch in with the team and, together with colleagues, ensure a first-class guest experience.
Your profile
- You are currently studying (Bachelor) or have recently completed your commercial basic training, ideally with a focus on event management, tourism, hospitality or business administration.
- Initial practical experience in event organisation, hospitality or administration is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills.
- An accurate, structured and independent way of working characterises you.
- As an organisational talent with a high service orientation, you thrive in dealing with people.
