Your Responsibilities
You will take on a key role in the further growth of H+O communications and healthbook.
Your tasks will include in particular:
Building and developing new customer relationships in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, and medical technology industries
Managing and expanding existing key accounts
Identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Developing individual communication and education concepts together with our consultants
Presenting our services to customers as well as at national and international congresses
Initiating new customer contacts and qualifying projects
Preparing offers and participating in contract negotiations
Analysing market trends and competitive developments
Contributing to the further development of our sales strategy
Working closely with medical, project management, and editorial teams
Your Profile
You have:
At least five years of professional experience in business development or sales, ideally in the healthcare sector
Experience in the pharmaceutical or agency environment is an advantage
A completed university degree or comparable qualification
Enjoyment in developing long-term customer relationships
Confident manner as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
Very good German and English skills (French is an advantage)
