To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Head of Project and Production Planning.

Head of Project and Production Planning 100 (m/f/d)

• Rough planning of all major customer projects
• Coordination and leadership of weekly project meetings
• Early detection of schedule deviations and initiation of measures
• Scheduling coordination of deliveries with subsidiaries
• Ensuring compliance with quality management requirements
• Planning and control of production as well as monitoring delivery dates
• Organisation and execution of inventory in production
• Planning and determination of weekly working hours
• Responsibility for resource, holiday and deputy planning
• Training, promotion and further development of employees
• Conducting employee interviews and setting objectives
• Preparation and dispatch of weekly forecasts
• Scheduling agreements with suppliers
• Personnel and professional leadership of the production planning and purchasing team

• Technical vocational qualification at HF level or higher
• Several years of experience in the production sector required
• Good IT and ERP knowledge required
• Fluent German skills absolutely necessary
• Resilient personality with assertiveness and quality awareness
• Communicative, professionally confident, honest and reliable
• Loyalty to the company and management
• Openness to new things and changes
• Willingness to make above-average effort and pursue further training
• Experience in staff management and personnel development
