No matter which area your heart beats for - with us, you work at the forefront of technological development:
- Construction Machinery Division:You tame the "yellow giants". From the compact manoeuvrable machine on the city construction site to the massive 100-tonne machine in the quarry - you are the guarantee that the raw power of Cat arrives exactly where it is needed.
- Construction Technology Division: This is extreme. You look after highly specialised technology such as gigantic piling and drilling rigs for the deepest foundations or massive crushing plants and road pavers. You are the saviour when it comes to millimetre-precise work in a tough environment.
- Energy Systems Division:You are the guardian of supply security. You maintain complex emergency power units and combined heat and power plants so that hospitals, data centres, and industry never go dark.
Your operational radius - regionally rooted or national expert?
Depending on the specialist area and vacancy, your daily routine looks different:
- The Regional Hero (mainly construction machinery): You look after customers in your fixed catchment area. You know your regulars and are the familiar face for the businesses in your region.
- The Travel Pro (mainly construction technology & energy systems):In these special areas, you are where the plant is located. That could be in Valais today and in St. Gallen tomorrow. Ideal for those who love variety, enjoy seeing the whole of Switzerland, and are proud to be experts in highly complex systems.
Your toolbox for success
To shine with our customers, you bring the following:
- Foundation:A technical basic education (e.g. construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic).
- Spirit:The drive and solution orientation to solve technical puzzles directly on site and independently.
- Mobility:A valid driving licence category B (BE advantageous), so that you and your service vehicle are always ready for action.
