Mission
As an HR generalist, you will be involved in all tasks related to human resources (posting job ads, monitoring and managing training, HR administration). You will participate in the configuration of the new HR processing software (OPALE). Your main responsibilities
- Write and publish recruitment ads, monitor recruitment progress
- Respond to employee training requests
- Perform all tasks related to the employee life cycle (contracts, social insurance declarations, work permit monitoring, departures)
- Participate in the configuration of OPALE (creation of reference documents, creation of lists, workflows)
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Professional experience in the HR field
- Personnel management assistant certificate, an asset
- Precision, discretion, and rigor
- Ability to be flexible and good priority management
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency in common IT tools, knowledge of OPALE, an asset
