Our client is a globally active manufacturing company with around 220 employees. For the company headquarters in the Würenlingen area (AG), we are looking for an independent, competent, structured, reliable, service- and customer-oriented personality.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Supporting international customers and sales partners with commercial and order-related concerns
• Preparing offers and processing customer enquiries as well as supporting the Area Sales Manager in enquiry, offer and project processing
• Handling orders; from recording and deadline monitoring to invoicing
• Coordinating collaboration between sales, production control, logistics, purchasing as well as internal and external departments
• Accompanying customer projects, performing calculations and ensuring flawless documentation
• Contributing to the optimisation and further development of operational sales and export processes

To bring in all your energy, you bring the following:

• Commercial training as well as good technical understanding
• Several years of experience in international trade, especially in dealing with Incoterms and knowledge of export and customs processing
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Solid MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Confident handling of international and intercultural business environments
