Are you ready to help shape the digital transformation? As the ICT service and competence centre of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal customers with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden.
We as the Office for Informatics are therefore looking immediately or by arrangement for a Head of ICT Operations Department
- You bear overall responsibility for the technical operation of the cantonal IT
- You ensure a secure and up-to-date ICT basic supply for our customers
- You lead a team of around 30 people with professional know-how and a strong team spirit
- You keep an overview of costs and budget
- You take care of procurement and prepare contracts and decrees
- You lead cross-departmental projects and represent the OFI in the cantonal leadership staff
- A completed technical degree in computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership position
- A assertive, quality-conscious and resilient personality with innovative spirit and initiative
- Strong communication skills and a structured, team-oriented way of working – flexible and implementation-strong
- A forward-looking analytical view of the market, with a sense for trends and developments
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
