Responsible for publishing insights on house view, macroeconomic outlook, stock coverage, and thematic ideas to drive positive investment performance, while ensuring active risk management and meeting regulatory and internal compliance expectations.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Conducts research and analysis on global bond markets from a top-down perspective, providing insights and investment recommendations to support informed decision-making

Develops and publishes research reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate fixed income market developments, trends and recommendation directly to clients as well as internal stakeholders

Collaborates with the broader Research team to identify key themes and ideas, and contributes to the creation of Research publications, conference calls, and investment committee materials

Engages with clients, advisors and relationship managers through various channels, including direct interactions, client events, and conference calls, to provide expert insights

Stays up-to-date on market developments and ensures timely communication and analysis of significant market moves to relationship managers and clients

Supports the development of a strong team culture, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members to drive overall performance

Maintains high standards of professionalism, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and contributing to the mitigation of risks associated with the function
YOUR PROFILE

Relevant working experience in established financial institutions, preferably with a relevant higher educational and professional background, such as CFA
-
Relevant higher educational background, preferably with a degree in finance, economics, or a related field

Strong command of financial analytics skills, with a broad understanding of the financial market, macroeconomics as well as financial market products. Knowledge on understanding the complexities of bank balance sheet analysis would be considered a desirable additional skillset

Strategic thinker, able to synthesise information, understanding market dynamics and their impact on fixed income strategy

Strong personal interest in financial markets and fixed income in particular

Very good IT skills (MS Office and Bloomberg). Programming ability a plus

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English. Additional languages such as German would be an asset

Able to work independently and in a global team setup with a positive attitude, taking on initiatives and troubleshooting problems effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders, and fast learning capabilities to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
