What you achieve

Opening orders in SAP
Compiling invoices (advance, final, and cost-plus invoices)
Handling telephone customer and employee inquiries according to defined processes (service hotline)
Checking contractor final invoices
Performing various control tasks

What you bring

Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
Strong customer and service orientation
Advanced knowledge in SAP go4hana (administration)
Flexible and reliable personality
High resilience and ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
Confident German in spoken and written form, good knowledge of French, English is an advantage
Very good MS Office user skills
