Willy Toiture Goncerut SA is looking for an experienced, dynamic and passionate foreman in roofing and sheet metal work. We want to welcome someone who takes initiative, enjoys responsibility and is keen to advance projects and their team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise, plan and supervise roofing and sheet metal work.
• Lead, motivate and support teams on site.
• Ensure work progress, quality of execution and respect of deadlines.
• Take measurements on site and define material requirements.
• Manage material orders and ensure their availability within the planned deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate interventions with various partners.
• Monitor maintenance contracts, plan minor interventions and ensure customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional training and proven experience in roofing and/or sheet metal work.
• 10 to 20 years of experience in the trade, including at least 5 years in Switzerland, is desired.
• Experience in team leadership and site management.
• Federal certificate and/or federal diploma: a valued asset.
• Passion for the trade, motivation and genuine willingness to commit.
• Strong sense of leadership, discipline, organisation and responsibility.
• Autonomy, reliability, rigour and team spirit; ability to take initiative and find solutions.
• Driving licence, category B.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate assignments with site management, architects and other stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance contracts, plan and coordinate minor works and ensure customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed professional training and solid experience in roofing and/or sheet metal work.
• 10 to 20 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Switzerland, is desired.
• Experience in team leadership and site management.
• Federal professional certificate and/or federal diploma: an advantage.
• Passion for the craft, motivation and genuine willingness to get involved.
• Strong leadership qualities as well as organisational and responsibility awareness.
• Independent, reliable and meticulous working style as well as team spirit.
