For our Volg Hörhausen we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as Store Manager (m/f/d) 90% starting March 1, 2026

Essentially, you are responsible for the following activities

Leading the store staff and creating work schedules
Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
Support in recruiting new employees and apprentices
Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Supervision, training, and development of apprentices and employees
Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated postal agency
Handling various administrative tasks

The ideal profile includes

Completed training in retail with a federal diploma (EFZ)
Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food)
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Very good German language skills
High willingness for flexible working hours
Independent and reliable working style
High social and professional competence
Trainer certificate is an advantage
