Accounting Clerk (a) 80-100%

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual as an Accounting Clerk (a) 80-100%. In this role, you will support the Finance and Accounting department and contribute to ensuring smooth accounting processes. The focus is on ongoing bookkeeping as well as dunning in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

• Processing of creditor invoices
• Handling of payment transactions
• Processing of debtor and creditor payments
• Management and settlement of the cash register
• Account reconciliation
  Management of dunning and monitoring of open items

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in accounting (e.g. Accounting Clerk)
• Practical experience in debtor and creditor accounting including dunning
• Precise,
  structured and independent working style
• Enjoyment in working with numbers as well as
  analytical thinking
• Very good German language skills in spoken
  and written form
• Team-oriented personality with
  quick comprehension and desire for further development
