Tasks
- Individuelle Betreuung und Pflege älterer Menschen im Altersheim.
- Durchführung der Pflegeprozesse und Dokumentation.
- Mitgestaltung des Bereichs Betreuung und Pflege im Team.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ erforderlich.
- Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen und Teamfähigkeit.
- Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

The Flury Foundation, with more than 600 employees at Schiers Hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the nursery, parental counselling and the Medical Centre Klosters, ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in the Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters.
The Schiers nursing home, nestled in a beautiful mountain landscape, offers a loving home to around 50 residents.
We are looking for a Health Specialist 80 - 100% from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
› Needs-oriented and individual care and nursing
› Implementation of care according to the nursing process and corresponding documentation
› Taking on daily responsibility within the team
› Co-designing and further developing the care and nursing area
Your profile:
› Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
› Enjoyment and patience in dealing with elderly people, teamwork and reliability
› High professional and social competence as well as a reliable and independent working style
› Interest in new challenges and a well-structured work organisation
