Zone Manager - French-speaking Valais Region - Chablais (M/F), 100%
To complete our team for French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a zone manager for the region - French-speaking Valais - Chablais.
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
- Management of subordinate employees (chief technician / maintenance technician: between 25-30 mobile employees).
- Sustainable management of zones according to economic indicators to achieve the planned turnover and yield.
- Ensuring competent and efficient execution of service performances.
- Preservation and development of the installation park and maintenance contracts.
- Continuous improvement of processes and work tools within your areas of responsibility.
- Maintaining local professional relationships internally and externally, including handling and resolving customer complaints.
You will lead us to success if you:
- Have natural leadership, a sense of communication, are capable of uniting and motivating teams while being able to be operational.
- Have a technical education (CFC in a technical field) with ideally 5 years’ experience managing an external service, further training in management or business administration with at least 5 years’ experience in a team leadership role.
- Are proficient with IT tools (MS Office).
- Have natural interpersonal skills and an innate service orientation both in writing and on the phone.
- Are autonomous, multitasking, well organised, responsible, dynamic, enjoy teamwork and can manage stressful periods.
- Are fluent in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage.
