The company operates in the city and agglomeration of Zurich as well as in the surrounding areas and offers you a varied field of activity with different projects in the area of road and utility construction.

Foreman in Road and Utility Construction (m/f)

What you do:

Together with the site manager, you organise and lead your construction sites and ensure that the work is carried out professionally, safely, and efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• Leading and organising construction sites in road and utility construction
• Participation and coordination in road and civil engineering works as well as in tasks related to sewerage, surfacing, paving, asphalt layers, and edge finishes
• Setting up construction sites while observing safety measures in civil engineering
• Recording and surveying simple terrain and structural components
• Operating machines and equipment
• Attending construction meetings and internal management reports

What you bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a foreman in road and/or utility construction
• Commitment and teamwork skills
• Assertiveness and organisational talent
• Resilience and flexibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• You are used to working independently, taking responsibility, and pitching in where needed
