In the heart of Leysin, the medicalised psycho-social establishment (EPSM) Le Soleil offers a safe and adapted setting for psychiatric support, focused on the maintenance and rehabilitation of 40 residents.

You will join a dynamic interdisciplinary team, where mutual support is natural and collaboration makes a difference every day.

We are looking for Nurses or ASSC with experience in adult psychiatry at 80%

Beyond technical skills, you are a reference point, a presence that matters to the residents as well as to the entire team.

• You provide comprehensive nursing care for prevention, curative, palliative, and educational purposes
• You apply a precise clinical perspective, assess situations, and actively contribute to the organisation of daily life
• You work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coherent and quality support
• You take part in the individualised therapeutic project, from its evaluation to its follow-up
• You participate in the evolution of practices, contributing to continuous improvement of care
• You are attentive to the needs of residents and their families, as well as your colleagues, with a professional and human approach
