Tasks
- Collaborate in the Didactics department on various projects.
- Lead and guide the DigiTeam in a lateral manner.
- Support students and staff in e-didactics and teaching.
Skills
- Master's degree in Education or related field required.
- Experience in higher education didactics and e-didactics.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, AI, and OER.

What you will do here
- Collaborate in the Didactics department
- Lead and laterally manage the DigiTeam professionally
- Advise staff in teaching and continuing education (e-)didactically
- Support student tutors
- Promote the ethical and critically reflective use of AI in teaching
- Support and advise the Bachelor's degree programme on curricular and didactic issues
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree (Licentiate or Master) in Educational Science/Pedagogy
- Knowledge and experience in the field of didactics/e-didactics at university level
- Knowledge in curriculum development, AI and OER
- Efficient, independent and networked way of working
- Preferably advisory skills desired
