Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- Conducting payroll accounting and preparing payroll statements
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Handling payment transactions and monitoring liquidity
- Account reconciliations and clarifications
- Supporting budget planning and control
- Collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants
- Maintenance and further development of internal finance and controlling processes
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with a federal diploma in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Proficient in financial statement preparation according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- Very good knowledge in preparing VAT returns
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
