To improve workload planning, capacity alignment, and on-time shipment performance across warehouse operations, we are looking for a:

Warehouse Operations Scheduler 100%

Job Description

• Develop and maintain daily weekly, and monthly workload schedules for all regions distributed from our Brügg Distribution Center
• Analyze actual workload in comparison with planned resources, identify variances, and prepare proposals to address uncovered workload
• Ensure capacity planning is aligned with effective demand, proactively reporting any priorities or misalignments
• Monitor the progress of warehouse operations to ensure on-time departure of orders in line with established shipping schedule
• Communicate in a proactive and efficient way at all levels internally with other departments

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in a logistics environment is preferred, a further education in supply chain operations is a plus
• Up to 3 years of working experience in Logistics environment or within a similar field is preferred
• Strong IT skills (ERP, Diverse Ship Software, Microsoft Office & Excel)
• Very good English skills (both spoken and written) as well as German or French skills.
• Solution oriented, “can-do” attitude, position her/himself confidently, proactive and good team player.
• Organized with a very good communication
