We offer university graduates in the field of law a tailored six-month internship in our Department of Law & International Affairs (4 months) and Trademarks & Designs (two months). The internships start in February, May, August, and November.

Your main tasks
Your main tasks
- You will examine any potential reasons that may oppose trademark protection.
- You will engage with the arguments of trademark applicants and, if necessary, draft detailed rejection justifications and final decisions.
- In the context of opposition proceedings, you will prepare substantive decisions and participate in coordination meetings.
- You will draft legal clarifications in various areas of Swiss law.
- You will provide written and telephone information in various languages in the areas of copyright as well as counterfeiting and piracy.
- You will assist with further tasks in the Department of Law & International Affairs, such as advising federal authorities and preparing legislation in the field of intellectual property.
- In the area of intellectual property law, you will prepare a contemporary legal question and present it during an internal training event.
Your profile
Your profile
- You have completed a Swiss law degree (lic. iur., MLaw).
- Your native language is German, French, or Italian, and you have good knowledge of German, French, and English.
- A pronounced interest in intellectual property law distinguishes you.
- A quick grasp, analytical and networked thinking ability, a solution- and goal-oriented as well as precise working method are among your strengths.
- You are committed, have diverse interests, think along, and are a team player.
