The Pallas Clinics specialise in ophthalmology, dermatology and aesthetic medicine. With more than 350 employees at 17 locations, the clinic group is one of the leading and independent private clinics in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Facility Maintenance Specialist 100%

Tasks

• Light repairs and renovations to our infrastructure are part of your responsibilities
• The control, monitoring and maintenance of our systems and building services are in your hands
• You take care of coordinating external companies and check the quality of their work
• You also take responsibility for waste management, including recycling and proper disposal
• You actively assist with internal and external events
• You maintain and organise the database of our space management system "CAMPOS"
• You contribute creative solutions to projects and take the lead on smaller construction or technical projects
• You develop and further improve standards and concepts for spaces, equipment and processes
• You efficiently handle damage reports and reliably implement appropriate measures

Job Requirements

• You have completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or hold a comparable qualification
• Your working style is independent and solution-oriented, and you find creative approaches to every challenge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is among your strengths.
• You hold a category B driving licence
• A varied challenge motivates you, and you can score with good German language skills, both spoken and written
