Your daily tasksSupport Sarah and Louis for the financing of their car, open an account for little Théa who has just been born, help Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Valentin finance his studies … On a daily basis as well as in key moments of life, you support your clients in developing their projects.
Specifically, under the responsibility of your Tutor/Apprenticeship Master, you will be required to:
Support and advise your clients on their banking operations
Offer personalised products and services (means of payment, consumer credit, savings, etc.)
Promote our digital tools and services
Analyse your clients' financial situation and the risks related to operations
Work in synergy with specialised advisers for specific requests (real estate project, wealth management, commercial activity, etc.)
Participate in the commercial development of your branch
What if it was you?You have good interpersonal skills, a taste for contact and a sense of listening
You are full of energy and ideas to provide the best solution to your clients and to develop the branch
You are preparing a Bac+3 in the commercial or banking field
As an apprentice, you will be able to benefit:
