What you achieve

• Co-responsibility for the development in Property Management of Helvetia Service AG and participation in projects
• Personnel and professional leadership of an assigned group of employees
• Ensuring economic real estate management (revenue, costs, value preservation)
• Management of maintenance, repair, and renewal measures
• Responsibility for compliance with KPIs (budget, vacancies, etc.)
• Close cooperation with internal/external stakeholders (Asset Management, Facility Services, external service providers)

What you bring

• Completed studies in real estate management or business administration
• Additional qualifications (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Trusteeship) are advantageous
• At least 10 years of experience in real estate property or asset management
• Leadership skills (vision and motivation, communication, empathy, goal orientation), at least 5 years of leadership experience desirable
• Negotiation-level French skills, German and/or English skills advantageous
