What you can achieve
- Assuming the key user role for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Responding to user enquiries in 1st-level support
- Training new employees and conducting refresher training as needed
- Testing new releases and system functions
- Creating and maintaining training documentation
- Participating in projects, optimising business processes and promoting business innovation, as well as acting as the central contact person for 2nd-level support, especially SAP CC
What you bring with you
- Technical or business management education, further training as a process specialist is an advantage or comparable qualification
- Proficient knowledge in SAP SD and PS, knowledge of other modules is desirable
- Very good MS Office skills and a strong IT affinity
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Communicative, entrepreneurial-minded personality with an independent, cooperative and responsible working style
- Enjoyment in training and promoting employees as well as corresponding aptitude
