Profile
The future collaborator has functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform their tasks achieving high-quality results, can handle significant workloads, and is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requests of internal and external clients with a strong spirit of collaboration while maintaining good relationships with people from different backgrounds.
Necessary Requirements
- federal certificate of competence as a domestic economy employee
- familiarity with corporate cleaning and the use of cleaning machines
- professional experience preferably gained in the socio-healthcare field (hospital, clinic, nursing home)
- orientation towards change and development
- proficiency in the Italian language
- computer skills
- availability for work shifts (including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) with flexible hours.
