About the job

Your new position at SWISS KRONO AG:

• Conducting material and substance tests on wood-based products
• Performing chemical-physical analyses on MF, UF adhesives as well as related systems
• Contributing to the further development of adhesive and resin systems
• Maintaining and assuring the quality of laboratory data as well as supporting the further development of the laboratory database
• Participating in the development and optimisation of new products
• Supporting trials on production equipment as well as their documentation and evaluation
• Close collaboration with various departments and support of cross-departmental projects

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science
• Good English skills for communication and documentation in an international environment
• Solid IT user skills (Excel, Access, Teams, SharePoint)
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented, committed and resilient personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Openness to interdisciplinary activities and collaboration with various departments
• Motivation to actively contribute to development and optimisation projects
