What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the Inventory & Services team
- You lead and develop your team of around five employees at two locations (Emmen & Thun)
- You are the interface to our internal and external customers and partners regarding inventory
- You and your team are responsible for the physical inventory of over 300,000 item positions at 15 locations
- You control and optimise the inventory processes of RUAG AG
- You are responsible for the specialist audits of our main customer and manage and accompany these
- You are responsible for the inspection of all warehouse shelves, steps and ladders of logistics throughout Switzerland
- You coordinate the nationwide liquidation process internally as well as externally with our main customer
What you bring with you
- You have completed a basic EFZ training (logistician or a comparable qualification)
- You have further training as a logistics specialist or a similar qualification
- Additional training as a certified logistics manager or supply chain manager with a federal diploma is a plus
- You have at least five years of experience in leading teams in the logistics environment
- Fluent in German; any additional language skills welcome (French, English)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland is expected (return in the evening or overnight stays as required)
- Driving licence category B
