KEYSTONE-SDA-ATS AG is the national multimedia news agency headquartered in Bern with twelve regional offices throughout Switzerland. For the regional editorial office in Lucerne, we are looking for a(n) from 1 December or by arrangement.
Editor Regional Office Lucerne (m/f/d)
Employment level 50-60%
Your main tasks:
- Reporting on current daily events in the Central Swiss cantons in the areas of politics, economy, miscellaneous, and culture.
- Writing own articles based on press releases, in-depth research, and coverage of press conferences, parliamentary debates, and court proceedings.
- Researching background reports.
- Setting daily priorities.
- On-call as well as early and late shifts in rotation.
What we expect:
- Journalistic training or studies as well as experience in daily journalism.
- Excellent knowledge of politics, economy, and society in the Central Swiss cantons.
- Independent working style, high degree of self-organisation, resilience, precise and fast working, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Flawless German at native speaker level.
