HVAC_CVC Maintenance Technician (a)

Your tasks:
- Ensure the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration) systems to guarantee comfort, safety, availability, and energy efficiency of buildings.
- Daily operations: rounds, readings, adjustments, and optimization of air handling units, boilers, heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, Monobloc, hydraulic networks.
- Preventive & corrective maintenance: diagnostics, filter changes, belts, bearings, probes; cleaning batteries; lubrication; air/hydraulic balancing; minor mechanical/electrical repairs.
- Emergency response/on-call: rapid intervention on BMS alarms, troubleshooting (electrical/automation/fluid), safe recommissioning.
- Measurement & energy optimization: monitoring consumption, setting adjustments, implementing savings actions (VAV, water laws, schedules), improvement proposals (retrofit drives, regulation).
- Compliance & safety: application of safety rules (working at heights, chemicals, legionella), maintaining records and maintenance plans.
- Subcontractors & audits: occasional management of specialists (balancing, refrigeration), technical reception, regulatory checks, lifting reservations.
- Documentation: CMMS (stocks, reports), updating diagrams, checklists, prevention plans.
- Client/user relations: clear information, priority management, satisfaction follow-up.
Your profile:
- Vocational diploma in building technology or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of the French language.
- Several years of experience in a similar position.
- Driving license required.
- Reading of air/hydraulic/electrical diagrams and PID.
- Methodical troubleshooting: measurements (ΔP, ΔT, intensities), root cause analysis.
- Basics of automation/regulation (PID, probes, actuators, bus).
- Good level of safety (lockout, chemicals, cooling towers).
- Service & energy orientation (you like it when kWh go down).
