Xmatik AG is a leading provider of transport software in Switzerland. Over 1500 companies rely on the mature solutions for office and vehicle in transport management, order disposition, vehicle communication, and tachograph evaluation. At the same time, we are just taking off with our new SaaS solution "vialo". Since October 2021, the company has been part of EGELI Informatik AG with around 80 employees in St. Gallen and Arbon.
To strengthen our team in Arbon, we are looking for a motivated personality with power and drive to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- You support and advise selected customers in extensions and customizations of our software solutions and act as the interface between customers, sales, and software development
- You work out effort estimates in close coordination with our software development and operations team and prepare offers
- You independently accompany orders in the subsequent conception, implementation, and delivery or hand them over to project managers. In doing so, you create technical concepts, specifications, and use cases as a basis for the technical implementation of customer orders and the general further development of our software solutions
- You analyze customer needs and identify optimization potentials in close cooperation with our customers, which you can then offer them
- You create training materials, support instructions, as well as customer documentation and train new features with customers and employees
What You Bring
- You have completed training in a technical or commercial field (a degree in business informatics or business administration is an advantage)
- You bring several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the transport, disposition, or logistics sectors
- You are technically inclined, enjoy learning new systems, and driving progress in an agile environment
- You are communicative and have very good German skills in spoken and written form
- You have an independent and self-reliant working style and are also a team player
- You are a proactive personality with a high service and customer orientation
