Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients and expand existing relationships
- Source open positions and find suitable candidates
- Select and support candidates
- Successfully match skilled workers and companies
- Negotiate contract and deployment conditions
- Continuously expand customer and candidate network
Requirements
- Training in sales, commercial or craft sector
- Sales flair and enjoyment in interacting with people
- Communicative and persuasive personality
- Initiative, perseverance and determination to succeed
- Independent and structured working style
- Experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
