About the job
Psychologists (on call) 10%The Public Prosecutor's Office I of the Canton of Zurich conducts cantonal criminal investigations against adults in the area of serious violent crime.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for psychologists (on call) for hourly deployment in the questioning of child and adolescent victims of sexual and bodily injury offences.
These are your tasks
- Observing the child from the adjacent room during questioning by specially trained criminal police officers
- Ensuring a child-appropriate interview
- Writing a brief report on the interview (without assessing the statements or the credibility of the child)
What you bring
- Qualified training/degree in psychology or education
- Practical, job-related experience working with children and/or adolescents
- In-depth knowledge of verbal and non-verbal communication is desirable
- Impeccable reputation, stable personality
- Temporal flexibility (telephone requests from the Cantonal and City Police of Zurich)
