Payroll & HR Specialist (40-80%)

Your area of responsibility:

Independent execution of the monthly payroll for all employees
Responsible for the entire social insurance system
Preparation and review of payroll statements, certificates, and execution of all year-end tasks
Maintenance, control, and ongoing updating of personnel master data
Contact person for payroll-related questions from employees and managers
Responsible for optimizing payroll processes
Collaboration and representation in comprehensive personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle

Your profile:

You have a commercial basic education and must have further training in payroll.
You must have several years of professional experience in payroll and social insurance.
You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and experience with Abacus.
You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
French and English skills are an advantage
