Your Tasks

• You identify and contact suitable talents for our open positions through various channels.
• You enthuse candidates about Visana and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• You conduct initial conversations with potential talents and assess their motivation and fit.
• You work closely with our recruiting partners.
• You assist in building and maintaining talent pools.
• You contribute ideas on how we can further develop and make our active sourcing activities even more successful.

Your Profile

• You are a communicative, open, and engaging personality.
• You find it easy to approach people and build relationships.
• You have perseverance and are not immediately discouraged by a "no".
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a lot of initiative.
• You enjoy convincing people of opportunities and sparking interest.
• Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, sales, customer service, or a comparable role is an advantage.
• What matters to us is not your diplomas or degrees, but your personality, your motivation, and your will to make a difference.
