Direct entry after university: Become a family advisor

Customer area:

• You are the personal advisor for our international and national parents. You determine their individual needs and find the optimal care solution! You work independently with parents and facility managers from the first consultation to the completion of the registration process.
• You are independently responsible for the capacity management of your facilities, which you manage based on the target agreement.
• You are the contact person for the employees of our corporate clients, supporting and advising them independently.
• You take over the key account management of our corporate clients and manage this independently.

Marketing area:

• You are responsible for all marketing (advertisements, fairs, online advertising, flyers, ...) in your region. The occasions are varied and linked to sales targets, such as new openings, anniversaries or summer promotions.
• In your communication, at events and in your daily work, you know and live the Globegarden concept inside out.
• You support the central marketing, press work and communication departments in acquiring new parents.
• You may be deployed for further projects across the organisation and are open and flexible for this.

Accounting area:

• You are the interface to accounting for all parent invoices and independently launch these via the system.
• You settle the subsidised places of the facilities assigned to you.

Your qualifications:

• You are a sales talent and enjoy advising parents and companies! - You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Master) with a good grade average.
• You are not afraid to call new or unfamiliar customers. You love consultation talks, see complaint discussions as a challenge and are confident in contract negotiations.
• You are very motivated and do not delegate tasks but get involved yourself! You possess a high degree of responsibility, independence, teamwork and commitment.
• You are resilient and stress-resistant. You love and live the team spirit and thrive in a fast, dynamic growth atmosphere!
• You have very good oral and written communication skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage).
