These are your tasks
- Leading the Technical Services team including integration placement and civilian service personnel
- Assuming responsibility as Safety Officer (SIBE) and implementing applicable safety regulations
- Ensuring operation, maintenance and fault rectification of all building and facility technology systems
- Organising and documenting technical inspections as well as coordinating on-call and intervention services
- Providing technical services for residents and operations, including order processing, room and event technology, and provision of care aids
- Responsibility for material and logistics management with a focus on procurement, inventory management and environmentally responsible disposal
- Ensuring maintenance of machinery, workshop, vehicles as well as transport and cleaning equipment
- Upkeep and care of properties and gardens considering ecological and environmentally friendly principles
This is what sets you apart
- Completed craft or technical vocational training (e.g. caretaker or facility maintenance specialist) as well as a completed professional examination in facility maintenance or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar technical role
- Confident handling of diverse building and facility maintenance tasks
- Responsible, proactive and service-oriented working style
- High social competence and clear, respectful communication
- Good spoken and written German skills as well as understanding of Swiss German dialect
- Good IT user skills and confident use of digital work tools
