- Resource- and goal-oriented care and support of clients at home
- Shared responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care
- Documentation of the services provided

Your Profile

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent
- User knowledge of Perigon and InterRAI HC is an advantage
- Very good German skills (B2 or higher)
- Confident in using digital tools and programmes
- Driving licence category B (company vehicles with manual transmission)
