ICT System Engineer - Networks and Servers

Your challenge:

• Installation, configuration and operation of network components (IT and OT infrastructure)
• Installation, configuration and operation of application servers in Windows and Linux environments
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• Participation in exciting projects such as migrations, update and patch management, system hardening and the continuous development of the IT infrastructure
• Deputising and supporting within the team

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical education with suitable further training in the IT/network area
• Experience in the Microsoft server environment
• Knowledge of Cisco switches, Mikrotik RouterOS and Fortigate firewalls is an advantage
• Experience in building networks with VLANs as well as dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF is an advantage
• Willingness to learn new things and to undertake appropriate further training if necessary
• Very good German and good English skills
