About the job
Whether parking fines or traffic offences – the Traffic Fines Centre takes care of the swift and correct processing of fines.
Your tasks
- Preparation of daily and monthly accounts as well as manual recording of received payments
- Integration of payment files, refunds of incorrect payments as well as recording and amending of fines
- Correspondence with private individuals as well as internal and external bodies and providing telephone information
- General administrative tasks
- Performing security police duties (partly on weekends)
Your profile
- Commercial training, ideally with several years of experience in accounting
- Resilient, service-oriented team player personality who remains calm even in stressful situations
- Independent, efficient, reliable and precise working style
- A pronounced flair for numbers as well as good editorial skills
- Good knowledge of French (at least B1)
