Your Tasks

You carry out nursing and care activities for our clients according to individual care plans. In doing so, you work independently and responsibly in their home environment.

Regular communication with clients and close collaboration within the care team are a matter of course for you. You also actively contribute and take responsibility in interdisciplinary cooperation.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment in working with sick and elderly people
• Independent, structured way of working
• Flexibility and reliability
• Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2)
• Confident use of digital work tools (IT skills)
• Driving licence category B
