- Planning, analysis, design, and implementation of business processes/workflows in close collaboration with various departments
- Optimization of digitized processes/workflows regarding customer needs (e.g., UX, process flow, end-to-end integration, parameterization, process mining, integration of GenAI components)
- Taking responsibility for the operation and further development of existing workflows in collaboration with product owners and departments
- Driving a key topic within the product team (e.g., architecture, AI connections, test automation, UX design, governance, product vision)

Your Skills and Talents
- University degree in (business) informatics or equivalent education
- Understanding of technology and good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java) as well as initial experiences with (Gen)AI
- Gained initial experience in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, EPK, UML), business process management, and/or BPM platforms (e.g., Appway/FNZ, Camunda, Flowable) through internships or part-time jobs
- Optional: Already 1-3 years of practical experience as a software or BPM engineer
- Methodological competence in Agile and Design Thinking is an advantage
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a willingness to design and a convincing independence
- You prioritize the customer in your work
- You embody the motto of "lifelong learning"
- You have a penchant for clean, high-quality solutions
- Team boundaries are not obstacles for you, but rather an incentive to learn more
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are essential
