Your main tasks:

- Mise-en-place and execution of lunch and dinner events in fine dining as well as aperitifs
- Food and beverage service in the meeting rooms
- Inspection of rooms and meeting rooms in the customer and employee areas
- Management of the material warehouse
- Orders and decoration
- Ensuring quality standards in the service area
- Preparation and support of VIP and business meetings
- Active support in the restaurant operation for events as needed

Your profile:

- Solid service experience in gastronomy (e.g., restaurant specialist or similar)
- Experience in fine dining or banquet area is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and organized working style and overview during simultaneous events
- High customer orientation, high flexibility for day and evening shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude, hands-on mentality
- Confident and well-groomed appearance in upscale service
- Knowledge in wine and beverage service is an advantage
- Flexible deployment in catering and restaurant area
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Impeccable reputation
