About the job

For an internationally oriented manufacturing family business, we are looking for a motivated person for the finance department

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the accurate management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as accruals according to OR
• VAT returns domestically and abroad (CHF / EU), tax returns
• Payroll accounting with withholding tax returns, personnel accounting
• Various tasks such as credit card accounting, maintaining accounts receivable and payable lists, cash management
• You report directly to the management

Our Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Further training in accounting
• Proficient in financial statements according to OR
• Very good knowledge of Abacus Business Software as well as MS Office programmes
• Your German language skills are fluent
